Nikkel Blaase

Nikkel is a product lead & discovery coach with 10+ years of experience, a deep passion for lean product development & innovation, and a strong background in user experience design. He helps corporates to find, build, and establish new digital business models around their core business capabilities. He is specialized in outcome-driven product management, product discovery, and user experience. In that regard, he strongly believes in a holistic product development approach, where teams are empowered to deliver delightful end-to-end product experiences tailored around customer needs, that drive the right business outcomes. After six years at XING SE, where Nikkel most recently was responsible for crafting the new B2C product vision, he led the product and growth team in the B2B business unit at OYO vacation homes, until he finally joined Orbit. As a discovery coach, he worked for clients like SAP, Goethe Business School or Gigaset. As a public speaker and workshop facilitator, he was, among others, active at PM Festival Zurich, Product School San Francisco, and Mind the Product Engage Hamburg.
