A dedicated product team consisting of partners, product owners, strategy, UX and Design, and tech analyzed existing processes together with teams from Deutsche Bahn Logistic. The current processes were transformed into digital use cases via numerous workshops and analyses. Several software products were tested and rolled out across the Group, bundled as the new digital Asset Intelligence Center. DB Logistics offered a selection of the solutions as white label products to the international logistics market.
